Mr. Ddev Surana is a dynamic business leader and key driving force of Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited. He is one of the promoters of the Company having key skills in projects management, human resource, administration and information technology. Under his guidance, the implementation of SAP in the group was completed in a record time. He has also managed major export clients for wire and cable products.

He has completed B.Com (Hons.), MSC-Management for Business Excellence from UK and MBA (CAM) from USA

Mr. Rajesh Kothari has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of marketing, after sales service, market research and has wide experience in compounding business. He handles the operations in the Units of the company situated in the Western Region of the country. He has been associated with the group since 1997 and has managed major domestic and export clients for wire and cable products.

He is a Commerce graduate from Rajasthan University, Ajmer

Born in 1989, Mr. Arihant Bothra graduated from Calcutta University in 2010. He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and pursuing his CFO program with IIM Calcutta.

He finds his core competence in Finance, Projects, Insurance and Systems with a vast working experience for more than a decade in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Insurance, Information System and Project Financing.

Mr. Mukesh Tandon is a seasoned project leader with over 30 years of experience across solar energy, recycling, and international trade.

With a background in Commerce and Law and training in International Trade from XLRI, he has deep expertise in project lifecycle management.

He has extensive experience in export-import operations, project financing, and global market development.

At DDEV, he plays a key role in executing large-scale projects and driving operational excellence.

Mr. Dharamveer Daga is a distinguished HR leader with over 35 years of experience in organizational transformation and human capital strategy.

He is a Graduate Engineer from the University of Calcutta with advanced management training from IIM Calcutta and Japan Management Association.

He has held leadership roles in organizations such as Aditya Birla Group, Tolaram Group, and KPMG.

He specializes in leadership development, succession planning, industrial relations, and building high-performance cultures.

Jagadish Chandra Samal is a seasoned Renewable Energy and Manufacturing professional with over 25+ years of hands-on experience across Solar Cell, Solar Module, Electrical Infrastructure, Battery Pack and BESS projects, and power infrastructure sector.

He brings strong expertise in technology selection, manufacturing plant setup, equipment engineering, installation, commissioning, production, operations, maintenance and quality management.

He has held senior leadership positions including Chief Technical Officer, Technical Head – India, Plant Head and Operations & Maintenance leadership roles with leading organizations in India and China. Since 2024, he has been providing consultancy for Solar Module, Battery Pack and BESS manufacturing line selection, installation and commissioning, supporting organizations in establishing efficient and scalable manufacturing operations.
