Ensure adherence to SOP, MES traceability, and lithium battery safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor assigned process/machines
Ensure zero defect transfer
Maintain MES traceability
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and production
Maintain 5S and discipline
Process-Specific Responsibilities
Understanding of 314Ah LFP cells
Awareness of polarity, insulation and assembly
Basic troubleshooting
Safety Responsibilities
Follow ESD and PPE protocols
Avoid short circuit and thermal risks
Report abnormal conditions
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (role dependent)
Experience
2–5 years in battery / electronics / manufacturing
