Cell Loading Operator

Responsible for safe, efficient and quality execution of assigned operations in BESS manufacturing line.

Ensure adherence to SOP, MES traceability and lithium battery safety standards.

• Operate assigned machines/process as per SOP
• Maintain 100% traceability through MES system
• Ensure zero defect transfer to next process
• Follow production targets and avoid line stoppage
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance and supervisor
• Perform start-up and shutdown checks
• Maintain 5S and workplace discipline

• Handle 314Ah LFP cells safely
• Ensure correct polarity, alignment and insulation
• Monitor process parameters and report deviations
• Segregate defective components immediately

• Follow ESD protection protocols
• Use PPE (gloves, shoes, ESD bands)
• Avoid short circuit, physical damage and overheating risks
• Report any abnormal cell condition
